Responsibilities:

1. To provide administrative duties to Managing Director.

2. To handle private and confidential matters assigned by Managing Director.

3. To attend meeting and/or discussion.

4. To keep proper filing of documentation for easy retrieval and in secured manner.

5. To schedule meeting appointments, record minutes of meetings and follow-up on all matters effectively.

6. To organize and/or manage meeting of the management.

7. To perform administrative functions such as handling in-coming/out-going correspondences, mails, calls and faxes; prepare and drafting correspondences, memos, minutes, reports, proposals and presentation.

8. To handle travel and accommodation arrangement, e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary, etc.

9. To attend to all the enquiries and matters pertaining to agents, realtors, bankers, lawyers and other relevant parties and/or authorities.

10. To undertake special assignment and ad-hoc functions by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Degree in admin/management/business admin/mass communication/translation and interpreting, law/banking and finance, accounting or equivalent.

2. Competency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English

3. Experience in liaising and/or dealing with local authority and/or land matter is preferred.

4. Good typing and computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Power Point applications.

5. Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and able to maintain confidentiality.

6. Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties.

7. Good personal relationship organization.

8. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
