Brief Duties & Responsibilities
- 1. Pre-launch Marketing
a) Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new and existing projects, including identification of unique selling points, market trends, target markets, product mix and pricing
b) Prepare comprehensive design and marketing briefs
c) Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for the development projects, including advertising, digital marketing and promotional activities
d) Coordinate with marketing agencies for the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, hoardings etc.
e) Collaborate with Corporate Communications team on branding and promotional events
- 2. Launch Marketing
a) Organize and manage project launches, exhibitions and other marketing activities (both online and offline) to ensure successful implementation
b) Oversee social media platforms and collaborate with marketing agencies to develop digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation
c) Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with the sales objectives
d) Ensure marketing collaterals, websites and customer databases are consistently updated
e) Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of the Sales Gallery and Show Units
- 3. Post-launch Marketing
a) Monitor the performance of marketing activities/campaigns (both online and offline) and make prompt improvements as necessary
b) Keep market studies updated and share insights as required
c) Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, including success rates, ROI and KPIs
- 4. Customer Service
a) Handle sales enquiries and assist with sales events or activities during weekends or Public Holiday, where applicable
b) Provide accurate product information to customers at the point of sale
c) Maintain good customer relationships
d) Address any customer complaints or inquiries promptly
Requirements
Candidate must:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a marketing role within the property development sector
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media marketing and campaign management
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- IT/Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external parties
- Able to work independently, well-organised, detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Pleasant disposition, meticulous and able to multi-task to take on additional responsibilities to grow beyond core role
