Requirements - Available to join 26 December intake - Able to communicate in English - Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply - Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient) - Must possess at least SPM and above Job scope - Handling Voice and Non-voice - Assist customers related to telco problem - Billing/Prepaid/Postpaid/Line issue etc - Idenfying the issue, assist customer according to the system Working timing - Monday to Sunday - 5 Working days (2 Off days) - 9am to 6pm or 10:30am to 7:30pm Salary Package - Base pay: RM2200.00 - RM2800.00 - KPI allowance: up to RM500.00/month - Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month Benefits - Performance allowance (up to RM500.00) - Perfect attendance allowance (RM100.00) - OT allowance (If applicable) - Training and proper guidance will be provided Working Location - Tokio Marine Tower, Jalan Tun Razak (Kuala Lumpur) - Accessible by MRT & LRT Ampang Park Station (walk-in distance) Additional Benefits - Annual Leave (16 Days) - Medical and Hospitalisation Leave - EPF / SOCSO / PCB
