Job Description: 1. Identify Training Provider, schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops and seminars, including booking venues, preparing materials, and coordinating with trainers. 2. Prepare comprehensive training proposal papers 3. Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation feedback. 4. Assist in analyzing training effectiveness and preparing reports for management. 5. Prepare/submit HRDC grant applications and process/submit claims for training expenses under the HRDC framework. 6. Conduct and compile TNA/TNI and development plan for all level of staff. 7. Coordinate the orientation program and conduct briefing. 8. Involve in the engagement program. 9. Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles, including scheduling and communication. 10. Support the collation and analysis of appraisal data and feedback. 11. Maintain proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Qualifications and Requirements: o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. o At least 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, including experience with HRDC grants and claims. Skills: o Strong organizational and time-management skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication. o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Knowledge of HRDC application and claim processes. o Ability to multitask and work under pressure. o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. o Passion for learning and development. o Proactive and collaborative approach to work
