Your role at Xevera: You will join our Payments team and will work with the vendor relationship manager supporting the interaction with all payment providers and relevant vendors, helping to build strong relationships with our vendors and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible payment experience for our clients worldwide. You will: - Support the vendor relationship manager in the communication and management of vendor relationships. - Operate as the point of contact for potential and existing vendors in the Middle East and North Africa region. - Carry out the independent search and acquisition of new local payment providers. - Support the onboarding procedure for new vendors. - Collaborate with internal and external teams on new vendor projects. - Monitor the operations of the providers according to the service-level agreement. - Manage internal and external communications and issue resolution. - Analyze the activities of our competitors and the industry to identify new opportunities and vendors. - Ensure all vendor-related data is kept and updated when required. - Assist with the handover of the day-day operations of the vendor to the Operations team after going live. What makes you a great fit: - Native speaker and possess both excellent verbal / written communication skills in English & Arabic. - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience working with Payment Operation systems/tools and managing online data - 3 or more years of experience working within online-focused companies, ideally within the payments or trading industries - Good analytical skills - Basic understanding of transaction processing and statuses - Ability to work under pressure - dealing with multiple stakeholders simultaneously - Understanding of SalesForce and ZenDesk functions - Knowledge and understandingon internal payment intermediaries and the processes. - Background working with online payment solutions in an international environment - Proven track record and extensive connections in the online payments industry in the Middle East and North Africa region - Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload - Excellent written and oral communication skills
