* Key in daily accounting records A-Plus Accounting Software. * Performing clerical work and interoffice support. * Involve in yearly closing account (eg; submission for auditor). * Liaise with external parties (banker, LHDN, Kastam) for answering queries from them which related to accounting and financial report. * Prepare yearly EA form schedule for submission LHDN purpose. * Calculate and arrange payment for petty cash expenses, salary claim expenses, directors’ expenses and other small expenses disbursement. * Answer queries/provide information form others which related to accounting (eg: help other department checking account with other’s records). * Planning & update bank book. * Keep track and arrange payment for all companies and directors’ utilities (eg; electricity, indah water and others). * Handle & arrange payment for office maintenance issues. * Rental collection (eg: Follow up with tenant about payment collection, Issues rental invoices to the tenants, Issues receipt to the companies and tenants, Calculate interest if the tenant pays late). * Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/LCCI/STPM. * Can handle full set of accounts would be an added advantage. * Experienced in developer and construction is more preferred. * Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Software and computerized accounting systems. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Excellent in written and verbal communication.
