Special Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all phases of the assigned projects. Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate regularly with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Facilitate the integration of advanced water filtration systems and SCADA monitoring equipment. Conduct on-site inspections and ensure project progress aligns with the master schedule. Resolve issues, troubleshoot challenges, and report project updates to management. Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation as needed. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in water treatment or smart water solutions. Strong understanding of water treatment systems, filtration, and SCADA integration. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to coordinate across multicultural teams. Proven problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
