Responsibilities: Undertake all the reception and secretarial duties in an orderly, timely and efficient manner. Carry out telephone receptionist functions for ADASS and ADASS’s clients. Perform general administrative duties e.g. filing customer records, data entry, etc. Handle & attend to clients’ feedback or issues/complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Provide housekeeping & facilities support including maintaining an adequate inventory of office/pantry supplies. Requirements: A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledgeable of computer skill and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Must be willing to work in Penang (Tanjung Tokong and Bayan Baru)
