Responsibilities -Overall responsible for day-to-day operations of the Property. -Conduct regular routine inspection to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met. -Monitor and ensure that all services and maintenance contracts are renewed within three months prior to expiry. -Liaise closely with security for safety of the building. -Engage with service provider for each repair and rectification works. -Enforce the Additional By-Laws, House Rules and Regulations of the Property and make revision / update when relevant and necessary. -Tactfully handle Tenant / Occupant’s complaint and promptly response with solutions or alternatives. -Assist on tenant inquiries for Carpark issue. Monitor the carpark in/out record. -Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance, security and safety (CLQ Management) -Incident Reporting and filing for Insurance Claim for any insurable damages/ claims. -Preparation of weekly/monthly report. -Any other assignments instructed by the Management. Requirements -Diploma or Degree in Building Management, M&E Services, Construction Management -Minimum 5 years working experience in property management with exposure dealing with tenant and local authorities. -Knowledge of CLQ is an added Advantage -Well-versed in architectural, civil, structural, landscape, mechanical and electrical works -Self-motivate and safety-conscious person with able to work independently -Good computer application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) -Working Location : Bandar Baru Enstek
