Finance Executive

Responsibilities: Responsible for reviewing, compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. Vendor payments, Monitor all travel and other employee advances Monthly closing of books for MIS and ensure that all closing entries are passed within due date Statutory compliances service tax, income tax, PT, PF and handling petty cash Preparing BRS and cash flow, maintain fixed asset register Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Accounting. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting. Should have good written and communication skills. Fluent in English , Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in the use of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint. Job based in Nilai.
