Job Summary The International Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key international accounts to achieve business objectives. This role involves driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful execution of account strategies in line with Sany International's goals. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key international accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Identify opportunities for business growth within assigned accounts. Sales and Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies. Provide insights to internal stakeholders to enhance product and service offerings. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements with accounts. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry. Strong understanding of international markets and business practices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Mandarin as required to liaise with HQ in China
