• Responsible for periodic maintenance of physical equipment in the data center including repairs, replacements, and improvements. • Ensuring that all physical equipment in the data center is working perfectly. Its main duties include the repair, replacement and improvement of the equipment on a regular basis by involving monitoring the performance of the equipment, diagnosing problems and taking the necessary steps to correct the problem. • Perform continuous monitoring of all equipment in the data center, including servers, data storage networks, air conditioning systems and so on. It is necessary to use monitoring tools and specialized software to track equipment performance and identify early signs of failure. • When a problem is detected or reported, it is necessary to perform a diagnosis to find out the cause of the problem by involving physical examination, performance tests, and data analysis to identify the real cause of the problem. • Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment using technical skills and appropriate tools to perform repair or replacement efficiently and quickly. • Making improvements to existing equipment or infrastructure by involving improved performance, improved safety or optimization of energy use. • Ensures that physical equipment is functioning at optimal levels, reducing downtime and improving overall system reliability
