Essential Responsibilities: • Individuals who are responsible for both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative. For use in businesses that are operating in the traditional HR model (not HR Partnership Model). • Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field. • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. • Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months. Qualifications/Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in a HR support or an administrative or client services role • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma • Customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via a Global HR Center. • 4 years of experience in Human Resources • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong inter-personal skills
