How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat support channels.
  • Filter content from the client's website.
  • Perform data and research functions.
  • Provide support using basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
  • Document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Strive for good customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Ensure all calls are handled professionally based on the client's quality guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM (either pass or fail)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Mandarin speaking and typing are required as Teammates will be supporting Taiwanese customers
  • Basic English skills are required
  • Shifts: Day shift in between 10 am -10 pm only, 5 days per week, 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
  • Salary: Basic: RM 4000 - 4500 based on working experience and interview performance + 1 month contract completion bonus
  • Holiday pay, OT will be provided
