REQUIREMENT: 1. Candidate must process or at least pursuit a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or any equivalent. Job Description 1. Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. 2. Handle HR processes related to attendance, leave management and payroll. 3. Provide support for performance management, training and development programs. 4. Manage overall payroll processing including liaising with the related government statutory bodies.e.g. EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF. 5. Preparing all report related for auditing purposes. 6. Develop, implement, update and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence. 7. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws and regulations. 8. To support and handle employee resolve any workplace conflicts or issues. 9. Undertake any other duties assigned by management as needed.
