Location: Geomatika College Keningau, Sabah Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: •Responsible for the day-to-day operations of academic programs, including managing class and examination schedules, to ensure smooth delivery of teaching and learning; • Overseeing the use of Learning Management System (LMS) and SimBiz systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and can be easily updated as needed; •Following established procedures to manage academic affairs; • Creating and proactive maintenance of records and documents to ensure compliance with MQA and JPT requirements; •Implementing a quality management system for academic affairs to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Requirements: 1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field. 2. Previous experience in managing academic operations is preferred. 3. Familiarity with MQA and MOHE regulations is an added advantage. 4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written; strong communication skills are essential. 5. Ability to work independently with self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 6. Quick learner with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
