Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: -Responsible for curriculum development, designing and introducing new programs and reviewing existing programs to ensure they meet industry standards; -Following established procedures to manage academic affairs department including internal quality assurance; -Creating and proactive maintenance of records and documents to ensure successful accreditation and quality assurance processes; -Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines set by MQA and JPT. Requirements: -A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field. -Previous experience in managing academic operations is preferred. -Familiarity with MQA and MOHE regulations is an added advantage. -Proficient in English, both verbal and written; strong communication skills are essential. -Ability to work independently with self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Quick learner with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
