Job Role: Sales (Hokkien Support)
Location: Damansara Uptama, Selangor
Salary: Basic: RM 4500 - 4700 based on working experience and interview performance
Working Hours:
- Shift in between 10 am -10 pm only
- 5 days per week
- 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day(9hrs)
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:
- · Have the ability to conclude sales over the phone on a speedy manner.
- · Be relentless to research, outreach, and speak to the right decision makers in a business.
- · Sales oriented and result driven.
- · Meet requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, partner approval and systems processing.
- · A knack for objection handling, persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.
- · Problem solver who is constantly striving to provide solutions which are in-sync to company offers.
- · Constantly excel in meeting and exceed KPIs set by the company
Requirements
- 6 months of outbound experience is required.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Hokkien/Mandarin speaking and Mandarin typing are required as Teammates will be supporting Taiwanese customers
- Basic English skills are required
