Customer Service (Sales, Outbound) - (Mandarin or Hokkien)

Job Role: Sales (Hokkien Support)

Location: Damansara Uptama, Selangor

Salary: Basic: RM 4500 - 4700 based on working experience and interview performance

Working Hours:

• Shift in between 10 am -10 pm only
• 5 days per week
• 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day(9hrs)

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:

• · Have the ability to conclude sales over the phone on a speedy manner.
• · Be relentless to research, outreach, and speak to the right decision makers in a business.
• · Sales oriented and result driven.
• · Meet requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, partner approval and systems processing.
• · A knack for objection handling, persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.
• · Problem solver who is constantly striving to provide solutions which are in-sync to company offers.
• · Constantly excel in meeting and exceed KPIs set by the company

Requirements

• 6 months of outbound experience is required.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Hokkien/Mandarin speaking and Mandarin typing are required as Teammates will be supporting Taiwanese customers
• Basic English skills are required
