• Assist Building Manager manages all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes, and system efficiently and effectively for our client. • Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance, security, and safety. • Preparation of weekly/monthly report. • Attending to complaints and coordination of rectification works. • Coordinate and arrange monthly council meetings, AGM, EGM and prepare Minutes of Committee Meeting. • Administration, marketing, asset management, insurance management (in liaison with the owner). • Ensure healthy collection for monthly service charges, sinking fund, etc. • Ensure adherence to renovation and fit-out guides. • Ensure prompt payment of assessment, quit rent, and licenses to avoid penalty.
