SALES ADVISOR

Job Description:

• Serves customers by selling used car and meeting customer needs.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

Requirement:

• Be attentive to customer inquiries by being a good listener
• Must be sales orientated and understand customers’ needs
• Good product knowledge
• Must be computer friendly
• Dependable and hard working
• Outgoing, pleasant looking, well groom and good attitude
• Able to interact confidently with all level of customers including high end customers
• Customer service oriented and sales driven
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, and Professional Certificate, of any field.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English,
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
