Job Descriptions:-
Penerangan Kerja:-

1) Overseeing the preparation and cooking of a specific station or section of the kitchen, such as the grill, pasta, or pastry
(Mengawasi penyediaan dan memasak stesen atau bahagian dapur tertentu, seperti gril, pasta atau pastri)
2) Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
(Mengekalkan standard kualiti makanan, persembahan dan konsistensi yang tinggi)
3) Coordinating with the Head Chef and other Chefs to ensure the timely delivery of orders
(Menyelaras dengan Ketua Chef dan Chef lain untuk memastikan penghantaran pesanan tepat pada masanya)
4) Assisting in the training and supervision of Chefs and other kitchen staff
(Membantu dalam latihan dan penyeliaan Chef dan kakitangan dapur yang lain)
5) Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
(Memastikan pematuhan ketat terhadap peraturan keselamatan dan kebersihan makanan)
6) Participating in menu development and menu item testing
(Mengambil bahagian dalam perancangan menu baru dan ujian item menu)
7) Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment
(Mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang bersih, teratur dan cekap)

Job Requirements:-
Keperluan Kerja:-

1) Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
(Minimum 2-3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Chef de Partie atau peranan yang setara dalam persekitaran dapur)
2) Formal culinary training or qualification, such as a Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
(Latihan atau kelayakan masakan rasmi, seperti Diploma dalam Seni Kulinari atau setaraf)
3) Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety and hygiene standards
(Pengetahuan cemerlang tentang teknik penyediaan makanan, keselamatan makanan dan piawaian kebersihan)
4) Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
(Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang kuat, dengan keupayaan untuk bekerja dengan baik di bawah tekanan)
5) Creativity and a passion for producing innovative, delicious dishes
(Kreativiti dan semangat untuk menghasilkan hidangan yang inovatif dan lazat)
6) A team-player mentality and strong communication skills
