(i)Qualification requirement : Minimum SPM , at least a Diploma in Marketing or Management/Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. (ii)Experience requirement: At least 2 years in related field (iii) Must able to speak, read and write Japanese language (in fluent) The Sales Executive (SE) will responsible for the generation of sales revenue, marketing activities and customer service provision. Their specific duties will include but not be limited to the following: 1. Generating new business through sales and marketing activities such as: a. calling on potential corporate accounts b. making presentations to potential corporate customers c. networking activities that involve potential clients 2. Handling initial client enquiries and setting of surveys and appointments. 3. Conducting of surveys. 4. Preparing quotations. 5. Customer service during the moving process. This will involve visiting the client’s residence during packing. It will also involve dealing with all client enquiries addressed to the Sales Executive. 6. Invoicing clients and monitoring payment situation. The SE is the primary public relations representative of the Company. They must always conduct themselves the most professional manner in their daily activities especially when dealing with prospective and current clients. AUTHORITY The SE will report directly to their respective Sales Manager. They will of course offer their complete cooperation to their colleagues in order to ensure that the service offered to our clients is of the highest standard. EXPENDITURE The SE has no authority whatsoever to approve any expenditure. All requests for spending must be approved by their Sales Manager.
