Responsibilities: • Perform core business process transactions involving data entry/data capture according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions to deliver business outcomes committed to in the service level agreement • Monitor, measure, assess and correct one’s own process performance when executing transactions • Perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined incident notification and escalation procedures to ensure they are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention to be resolved correctly • Apply understanding of assigned business processes to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures. • Carry out business process practices in Thai • Due to business needs and the nature of the engagement agreement with our client, the employee may be required to provide support/services to other Accenture-related entities (part of the Accenture Group). • In addition, the employee may be required to work/provide on-site support to our clients in other locations in Malaysia apart from Accenture’s registered offices. Additional Requirement • Fresh graduates or 6 months of experience in call centers are encouraged to apply • Able to speak and read Thai and English to support applications from Japan • Candidates are required to pass both Thai and English assessment test • Understanding the culture of people in Thailand is a great advantage • Strong understanding and work experience of business process practices in Thailand • Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team • Passion for ensuring a world-class user support experience • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
