Job Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Responsibilities:
Financial Record Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide management with reports on financial performance and trends.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Cost Management:
- Analyse costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Track expenses and ensure they align with budget allocations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
