We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive specializing in Tenant Acquisition in the Room Rental business to join our property management team. Key responsibilities:

1. Create Listings for Each Company's Property For Rent:
Develop compelling property listings for each condominiums and room type and highlighting the unique features and amenities of each condo and room type.

2. Explore Platforms for Posting:
Identify and explore suitable platforms for posting our property listings to maximize visibility and reach.

3. Monitoring Leads:
Monitor incoming leads and analyze their quantity and quality.

4. Reply to Leads:
Promptly respond to leads via various communication channels, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries.

5. Propose Rooms to Prospects:
Present available and suitable rooms to prospects, emphasizing their suitability and benefits.

6. Invite for Viewing:
Schedule and coordinate property viewings with interested prospects.

7. Close Sales:
Close sales after proposing rooms or conducting viewings, ensuring a seamless transition for tenants.

8. Handling AI Chat Bot:
Engage with AI chat bots to facilitate lead generation and customer interactions.

9. Update Property Database:
Regularly update company's property database with the latest information on available rooms, pricing, and other relevant details.

10. Ensure Alignment with SOPs:
Ensure that all sales processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the operations team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion skills, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in sales documentation and reporting.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies or property management app.
  • Motivated to earn more money (sales commission).
  • Work location: Subang Jaya, SS19.
  • This is a full-time office based sales position.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary: RM2,200 - RM2,400
  • Commission: RM1,000 - RM3,000
