Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for FRP tanks, lining, piping, and related production sales.
Identify and target potential clients within various industries that require FRP tanks & related plastics products such as for chemical, water treatment, food & beverage, and more industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure accurate understanding of product specifications and capabilities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure sales contracts.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide valuable insights to the company's product development and marketing strategies.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products and services.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful sales experience in a related industry, preferably with experience in FRP tanks or industrial equipment.
Strong understanding of FRP tanks and their applications, along with a technical aptitude to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,617.67 per month
