Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Saloma Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our iconic restaurant as a premier dining and event destination.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including individual dining and corporate events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate organizations, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Promote and sell dining packages, catering services, and event bookings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials.
- Manage inquiries and follow up with leads to close sales.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or events industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur hospitality and tourism scene is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
