To perform Office Administration • To receive telephone calls • To handle all incoming/outgoing mail • To order stationery and office equipment • To receive payment e.g. Food & Lodging, rental from tenants and to prepare receipts. • To collect payment for laundry • To record and file staff annual leave forms • To prepare cheques and cash for bank deposits and file bank slips accordingly • To perform filing duties 2. Responsible for handling the full set of accounts • To receive invoices/bills from creditors 3. Responsible for organizing office files and documents. • Ensure that the files are updated and kept neat and tidy at all times 4. Perform other job functions as and when assigned by the Administrator.
