Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Export Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling and negotiating products/services, and managing customer relationships in international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of export regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs to drive sales growth and expand our business. Job Description Selling company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers Cultivating strong relationships with new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships by coordinating with customers on drawings, samples, shipping, documentation, etc. To expand business with existing customers by promoting new products or through a sales strategy. To work closely with marketing team to promote products and services. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Identify potential markets and establish relationships with customers and distributors abroad. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand customer base Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. To maintain the filing of agreements and contracts signed with customers. Responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, artwork, visit and payment. To suggest price review based on feedback from customers. To perform customer survey. Stay updated with export regulations and compliance requirements. Requirement Proven experience in export sales Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
