Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, helping to keep everything on track. - Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. - Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. - Identify the stakeholders (end-users, clients, consultants, person in charge) and main point of contact to establish proper communication channels. - Coordinate scheduled move activity with property management, facilities management, all parties involved in moves, etc. - Attend client/consultant/site meetings and to coordinate and communicate between stakeholders, keeps them regularly updated and consults them on key decision points. Duties & Qualifications: - At least a Diploma or Degree holder in Architectural Sciences, Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management. - At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry. - Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products - Possess excellent project management, time management and leadership skills. - Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes. - Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
