- Administrative and executive secretaries perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of managersand professionals and/or prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specializeddocumentation.
Tasks include -
- Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes
- Draft administrative correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Obtain, propose, and monitor deadlines and follow-up dates.
- Screen meeting requests, schedule and organize meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and draft contracts and purchase or acquisition orders.
- Liaise with other staff on various matters related to the organization’s operations.
- Write and respond to business or technical letters and similar correspondence.
- Prepare verbatim reports of proceedings in legislative assemblies, courts of law, or other venues using shorthand or specialized office equipment.
- Supervise the work of clerical support workers.
- Able to speak fluent mandarin & basic English
- Able to follow up & solve problem
