Hospitality Coordinator - Sentul Branch

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development:

• Design and conduct training programs for staff to improve communication, empathy, and hospitality skills.
• Provide coaching and support to staff to ensure high standards of patient interaction and care.
• Regularly assess and improve staff skills to maintain excellent service delivery.

2. Patient & Family Engagement:

• Ensure patients and families feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their experience at WQ Park.
• Address any patient concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth and personalized care for each patient.

3. Experience Monitoring & Improvement:

• Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement in patient experience and hospitality services.
• Implement changes based on feedback to continually enhance patient satisfaction.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the facility.

4. Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated patient experience.
• Support staff in maintaining an environment that reflects the values of the centre and delivers exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service, with a strong focus on patient care.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus, as it brings valuable knowledge of customer service and hospitality standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with both patients and staff.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
