Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and visitors and ensuring they are registered and checked in.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments and managing the appointment system.
  • Scheduling, follow up or cancelling appointments as needed.
  • Assisting patients in filling out information forms.
  • Handling patient records, including data entry and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Handle and filing patient photos of treatment.
  • Follow up the lab on the cases that the clinic submits.
  • Verifying methods of payment, collecting payments and preparing bills.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage petty cash for clinic in charge.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Other tasks as assigned by the office manager or dentist (doctor).

Responsibilities: Closing duty

  • Perform daily billing management and daily reports as well as ensure all transactions are tally with the collection before closing accounts.
  • Daily sales updates at the start of the shift.
  • Cash from daily sales must be given to the person in charge for bank in procedure.
  • Daily reports must be handled well and submitted to account department or involved manager.
  • Make sure all the electrical and facilities are neat and switch off the electrical appliance (Computers and machines).
  • Daily report must be signed by the Doctor who is on duty, or else the daily sales and commission are not valid.

Requirement:

  • Must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.
  • Fresh graduates/ entry level applicants (with or without in nursing).
  • Good time management and organizing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Proficient in using computer software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
