Construction & Installation Supervisor

Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate construction and installation activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide installations. Monitor the progress of work to ensure it meets quality and compliance standards. Team Coordination: Lead and manage teams of contractors, technicians, and laborers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure proper execution of duties. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or defects promptly. Maintain accurate records of installations and completed tasks. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct safety briefings and regular inspections to mitigate risks. Investigate and report incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to align on project goals and timelines. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions. Address and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner. Resource Management: Plan and coordinate the use of materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery. Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain all necessary documentation and permits required for construction and installation. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
