Head Baker Responsible for overseeing the entire bakery operation, ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced efficiently, managing the baking team and maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include; • Baking and production– Plan and prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes and other specialty items • Team Leadership – leading kitchen employees to ensure that all foods are prepared to the highest standard • Quality Control – Maintain strict quality control measures for food presentation, flavor and consistency, ensuring the meals meet the airline’s expectation • Food Safety and hygiene – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations such as proper storage, transportation and preparation to prevent contamination and ensure passenger health • Coordination with suppliers – Collaboration with suppliers and logistic Requirements • Proven experience as a baker with a leadership role • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulation, Halal regulations (HACCP certified is a plus) • Creative and passionate about food with strong attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with all level • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early morning, late night and weekends. • Culinary education or equivalent qualification.
