What you'll be doing: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional service and value-added solutions - Drive sales pipeline by managing opportunities from lead generation through deal closure - Monitor and manage accounts receivable through proactive payment collection - Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to identify and acquire new customers - Create compelling presentations and proposals, including competitive pricing strategies, to win new business - Contribute to sales strategy development and support implementation of annual business plans - Research and identify new market opportunities and business segments for expansion - Conduct site visits and customer meetings as required to maintain strong client relationships - Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management What we're looking for: - Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the B2B or professional services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment - Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and client data - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the company - Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Position involves regular travel, both domestic and international, to support business operations.
