Position Overview:
The purpose of the role is to plan, develop and make success of company products and profitability for the Sales Department. This role supports technical aspects of product lifecycle management and the deployment of assigned Electrical & Electronics products across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with Sales Managers to align with their plans and effectively meet their requirements effectively.
- Deliver effective presentations/demonstrations to customers, ensuring customer’s needs, pain points and business goals are being addressed.
- Prepare proposals, technical information and other necessary documentation or efforts to assist sales team to successfully close sales orders.
- Provide in-depth technical support for assigned principals, company products, and others as needed, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the region.
- Lead the deployment and implementation of company products.
- Support product lifecycle activities such as installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and end-of-life procedures.
- Educate customers or partners on the company's products features and benefits. Establish and maintain close relationships with customers to enhance long term business relationship.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the effective use of company products.
- Create/ Manage new business development and market expansion for company products together with sales and support team.
- Conduct market research of competitor's products, with the view to compare, plan and execute effective sales strategies alongside with sales team.
- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets alongside with sales team.
- Contribute idea to grow the business aggressively by promoting products and solution aligned with the latest requirements from the market and technology/ application.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials for company products.
- Manage relevant reporting of management for the sales and marketing for assigned company products, providing strategic advice to company aligned with current market requirements and applications.
- Prepare reports, ensure timely submission of reports to principals and management.
- Lead, develop and maintain healthy relationships and effective communication platform with principals.
- Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.
Pre-requisites:
- Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Transportation: Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of telecommunications products, networking, fiber optics, and photonics.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes: Excellent self-presentation and business etiquette. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and independent, with a results-oriented approach.
