Account Executive

• Full set accounting, full entries, checking, auditing month end and year end final report. • Finance control and cash flow monitor and to keep the management informed from time to time on the status of collection and supplier payment • Bank facilities such as cheque book collection, dealing with banks on performance bond and bank guarantee issuance for tender and loan agreement purposes • Monitoring of petty cash payment • To handle petty cash usage and expenses • Handle cash and bank related payment and cheques • Upkeep the due payment bills and make necessary payment before due date • Monitor fixed expenses listing • Inventory control and management • Invoicing and debt collection • Other duties as assigned by the Management
