Role Purpose

This position is responsible for managing strategic workforce planning initiatives that align workforce capabilities with the organization's long-term goals and evolving business needs.

Key Accountability

  • Strategic Workforce Planning:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of SWP frameworks and methodologies.
    • Collaborate with business units to understand workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and align workforce plans with strategic business objectives.
    • Provide support in matters related to Organization Design, such as job requisition, job evaluation, structure changes, and manpower control. Coordinate recruitment processes and promotion exercises. Gather data, insights, handle analytics, and make recommendations based on results.
    • Perform analysis for manpower statistics and costs. Track progress status of Human Capital initiatives. Explore productivity improvement and implement identified initiatives.
    • Facilitate employee movement (transfer, probation, acting, secondment, unpaid leave, job assignment, prolonged illness, etc.).
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for proactive planning.
    • Create dashboards and reports to track workforce metrics, including supply-demand gaps, attrition, and succession readiness.
  • Scenario Planning and Forecasting:
    • Support scenario planning exercises to address future workforce challenges and opportunities.
    • Use data modelling tools to project workforce needs based on business scenarios and growth strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to gather insights and ensure SWP strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
