Assistance Finance Manager/ Account Manager (JL-17122024-1)

Requirements :

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional certification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA
• At least 5 years of working experience and above in Finance Management
• Strong attention to detail, and accuracy Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skill
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strengthen compliance with internal control, tax, and accounting regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Applications (EXCEL, Powerpoint & Word)
• Familiar with accounting software as: SAP/SQL/MYOB/ ERP
• Able to read and write in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Descriptions :

• Manage the entire spectrum of accounting functions including accounting operation, financial reporting, taxation, budget preparation, and control function of the company business operation
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management responsible for accounting processes and tasks ( AP & AR process, GL, reconciliation & inventory )
• To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with financial and company legislation
• To prepare reporting, cash flow planning, and forecast
• Increase functional efficiency and provide guidance and coaching to junior staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
