Job Summary:
The Production Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient flow of production within the company. This position involves a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Management:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is captured (e.g., measurements, materials, finishes).
- Enter orders into the production planning system.
- Liaise with customers and sales team to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Track order progress from receipt to delivery, providing regular updates to customers.
Production Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules, considering priorities, lead times, and resource availability.
- Coordinate with production teams, including carpenters, fabricators, and installers, to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor production progress and identify and resolve any potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory.
- Assist in ordering and receiving materials, ensuring timely delivery to the production floor.
- Conduct regular stock checks and identify any discrepancies.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain various production-related documents, including order confirmations, work orders, delivery notes, and quality control reports.
- Generate reports on production performance, including key metrics such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and production costs.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any other production-related issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
