Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Process orders, track shipments, and update customer records
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and quality service
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service performance
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and updating details as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school education; diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
