Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customer records
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and quality service
- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service performance
- Assist in managing customer accounts and updating details as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
- Support the sales team in customer communications and order management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education; diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
