Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing payments, verifying invoices and performing account reconciliations as needed.
- Processing vendor invoices, verifiying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments. Monitoring all accounts to ensure payments are current and up-to-date.
- Entering invoices on the ledgers into the AP system; Tracking expenses and processing expense reports; Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments via cheque.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Update new contact as per request by clients in RxWorks.
- Perform as a cashier at front desk operations and do closing including cash deposit in e-Safe Armour Security machine
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
