1. To plan and give training for store operation management
2. To visit the store and check the store operation process according to the procedure targeted by the company
3. To train the operation team on the standard store procedure (Man Hour Management / Service Service Quality / Play Equipment)
4. To coordinate with the shop manager, assistant shop manager, and service crews to ensure the operation follows a standard procedure
5. To check and monitor store sales and plan the improvement plan to increase sales
6. To prepare sales reports or related analysis documents by the end of the month or when required.
Operation
1. To plan and ensure store operation process, follow guidelines set by the Company (MHM, Service & Toy Equipment).
2. To prepare and coordinate with the shop manager, and assistant shop manager to ensure the store. opening checklist functions according to the plan.
3. To prepare, check, and monitor store sales according to the budget given.
4. To propose a countermeasure plan and execute it to achieve store sales.
5. To collaborate with Mall Management, Business Partners, or potential individuals to achieve store sales.
6. Standardize MHM and implementation of Kita Mesti Boleh to all operation teams.
7. Give proper training to the shop manager, assistant shop manager & and service crews related to operation procedures.
8. To visit the store accordingly as planned and ensure all stores are well maintained.
9. Implement other countries’ good examples proactively.
10. To prepare store patrol reports, and sales reports every week and monthly basis.
Event
1. To check and coordinate with the HQ store event team for store event execution and improvement
2. To ensure store event and execute follow as per plan
3. Implement other countries’ good examples in a proactive way
4. To ensure store event board and execute activities follow the plan
To ensure sales target, store event target, birthday parties, kindergarten visits, and pax achieve and execute as a target given by Company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,300.00 per month
