Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure items are organized.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries, make recommendations, and maintain a welcoming shopfront.
- Event Support: Help organize and run in-store tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep the store clean and ensure displays are attractive and updated.
Requirements & Expectations:
- Passion for trading card games is a plus but not required.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused personality.
- Availability for 5 days per week, in-store.
About the company:
- Based in Kepong Baru, KL
- May require to attend events as staff on weekend, happens once or twice/month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse management system: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
