Duties & Responsibilities: - Contributing to work planning, and briefing contract and project teams, contractors and suppliers. - To document any variation orders and submit quotations for approval (supported by SI/AI/EI/CVI or any other supporting documents). - Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment. - Ensure on all works and any additional works at every stage of a project are reviewed, approved and completed on time, within budget and to the correct standard. - Manage and source quotations, follow-up with contractors, and analyse costs. - Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation. - Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering. - Assist to prepare cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned. - Any other ad-hocs as assigned by management. Qualifications: - A least a Diploma or Degree holder in quantity surveying or relevant field. - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying. - Good knowledge in construction materials and methods. - A clear understanding of construction industry’s law and regulations.
