Haulage Operator

Job Summary The Haulage Operator is responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, ensuring efficient delivery, and managing all logistics-related operations. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of haulage logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. //Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate daily haulage operations, including scheduling, route planning, and assigning loads to drivers. 2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, maintaining high service standards. Monitor vehicle and driver compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements. 3. Communicate with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to address delivery concerns or logistical issues. 4. Manage documentation for all haulage activities, ensuring accuracy in records for audit and billing purposes. 5. Collaborate with warehouse and other logistics teams to optimize transportation processes. 6. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide quick, effective solutions to minimize disruptions. 7. Track vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to maintain fleet readiness. //Requirements: 1.
