Job Description:
- Prepare the finance forecasting, budgeting, and analytical reports that support different parties in group company level major business decisions and overall financial health
- Preparation all related documents with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 for AUDIT Purpose.
- READY to attending for Internal Audit and External Audit.
- Compliance to all related bodies
- Risk assessment by Identify potential hazards and assess risks in the workplace. Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate safety practices and procedures.
- Policy development and implement environmental health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monthly report preparation
- Training and education: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on environmental health and safety practices, including hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Accident/Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Prepare reports and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to promote a culture of safety. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding environmental health and safety matters. Liaise with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and stakeholders as required.
- Purchase requisitions and PPE orders: Generate purchase requisitions and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm specifications, the needs/purpose, and budget compliance.
- Sustainability strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values. Set clear targets, establish metrics, and track progress toward sustainability objectives.
- Social responsibility: Assess the organization's social impact, including employee welfare, community engagement, diversity and inclusion, and ethical practices. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance social responsibility and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Security Training and Awareness: Provide training and education to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety practices. Conduct security awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security and vigilance.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing environmental health and safety practices. Recommend and implement initiatives to mitigate risks, improve safety performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to environmental health and safety, including incident reports, inspection findings, training records, and permits.
- Documents and Audit for ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, Engineering, or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
