ADP is hiring Technical Lead Consultant for Malaysia.

Your role:
- You will work as an integral part of our Global View Services team to deliver effective consulting/configuration services to ADP GlobalView clients and prospects within the parameters of the GlobalView solution and services.
What you'll do:
- Define business requirements for any change request or new initiative.
- Ensure analysis of end to end HR/ payroll processes are reflected in any technical requirements.
- Document and complete client's functional solution specifications, according to ADP's GlobalView template guidelines.
- Advise on business process improvement strategies.
- Escalate project issues to Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project.
- Configure (and/or guide the delivery of) the client's solution according to ADP's GlobalView template and design documentation, ensuring that the solution is unit tested prior to release.
- Coordinate, support and/or deliver any required testing (unit, acceptance, parallel).
- Ensure the preparation of any transition or post-live documentation; and coordinate the operational transition.
- Communicate effectively and positively, at each level of the client and GlobalView organizations on a regular basis throughout an engagement.
- Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per agreed schedule.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView service offering and relevant templates, ensuring all services delivered meet the template guidelines.
- Liaise with the Product Team to provide feedback on the template and to understand future product direction/ changes.
- Liaise with the Product Team to design any non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the countries that are covered by ADP Asia Pacific's solution, including any legal changes forthcoming, ensuring that these changes are investigated and qualified for client specific solution enhancement opportunities (as approved with Product Manager).
- Demonstrate proactive participation in Project Management forums, contribute and participate in internal and external knowledge sharing sessions.
- Seek to act as a mentor and actively support fellow associates in an effort to develop their respective skills.
- Liaise with internal divisions including Technical Services, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that client's receive the highest levels of client service.
- Adherence to guidelines set up in the ISAE 3402 and internal Quality Systems.
Qualifications you'll need:
Experience:
- Strong knowledge and configuration experience of SAP in HR/ Payroll configuration and design including enterprise and personnel structures, wage types, work schedules etc.
- Knowledge of SAP Workplace/ Portal solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP basis and system architecture, for example, authorisations, transports, databases etc.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Professional manner and presentation and ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation.
- Ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally.
- Methodologies - demonstrate knowledge and application of key GlobalView methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects.
- Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, working together to accomplish business results.
- Knowledge of accounting standards specifically design and implementation of posting to accounting from payroll. Analytical thinking/problem solving skills
- - work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications.
- Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation/ training/ demonstrations.
- Appropriate tertiary level education or equivalent industry experience.
- 3 - 5 years experienced in IT/ ERP and/or Payroll/HR Industry.
- Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/ Payroll.
- Certified SAP HR/ Payroll Consultant.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
