Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Manage the recruitment process:
- Job postings, Resume screening, Slot interviews
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs
2. Onboarding and Orientation
- Facilitate & conduct onboarding for new employees
- Prepare materials for orientation sessions
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the main contact for HR-related questions
- Help resolve workplace conflicts
- Promote a positive work environment
4. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Train managers on performance evaluations
- Maintain records of employee performance
- Provide feedback to management on performance
5. Policy Implementation
- Assist in developing HR policies that comply with local laws
- Ensure employees are informed about relevant policies
- Implement HR procedures in accordance with organizational goals
6.Compensation and Benefits
- Help manage staff benefits (leave, health benefits)
- Review monthly compensation for staff
- Support the external payroll team
7. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Update HR databases regularly
8. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies
- Assist in preparing reports for management
- Prepare reports for regulatory agencies as needed
